ReelHouse ("we", "us") helps you turn video ideas into ready-to-film Reel plans. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
- User-created content: the video ideas, generated Reel plans, scripts, captions, and hashtags you create and save.
- Preferences: your onboarding choices, default platform, style, and appearance settings.
- Usage data: basic device and interaction data needed to operate the service.
How We Use Your Information
To provide the ReelHouse service, generate Reel plans using AI, save and display your content, authenticate you, and improve the product.
AI Processing
When you generate a Reel, your idea and selections are sent to an AI model to produce hooks, scripts, filming plans, captions, and hashtags. This content is processed to return results to you and, if you save it, stored with your account.
Authentication & Storage
We use the platform's built-in authentication system. Your saved Reels are stored securely and are only accessible to you.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to preserve your in-progress work between sessions.
Service Providers
We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, and AI generation. They process data only as needed to operate the service.
Data Retention
Your saved content is retained while your account is active. In-progress drafts are stored locally on your device until saved or cleared.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from Settings. This submits a deletion request and signs you out.
Your Rights
You can access, edit, and delete your saved Reels at any time, and delete your account through Settings.
